Antique Pool Tables

Boston Billiards Emporium
THE “Golden Age of Billiards” began in the 1860’s and continued until the great depression in 1929.

The pool table manufactures of this period had artisans from all over the world designing and building their pool tables. They had access to the very best materials available. The result was a magnificent piece of furniture that not only looked great but was built to last. Some of the tables that we sell are 150 years old and look as good as they did when they were originally built.
We try to keep a nice selection of antique pool tables on hand so that we can introduce our customers to the evolution of the pool table. They have evolved not only in dimensions but also in details. As architecture evolved through the Renaissance Revival, Victorian, Arts and Crafts, and Art Deco periods so did the design of the pool table. If you have an older home and are looking for a period appropriate pool table, you should find something that will work for you at Boston Billiards.

Our inventory changes each time we sell an antique pool table so we do not produce a catalog of the tables that we have.
